GNATHOLOGICAL SET-UP
The Gnathological Set-up is our premium set-up option. We digitally complete and fine tune the set-up before mounting on your choice of Panadent (Short & High Post), SAM, or Denar articlulators. We also have 2 sets of magnet plates that are available.

During the QC process, we check all for all excursions to ensure the best possible fit. The Gnathological Set-up can then be applied to fabricating a vinyl or silicone positioner.

If you want to view the set-up before we make the positioner, you can add-on a 3Dx Treatment Simulation on to your set-up.
BENCH SET-UP
The Bench Set-up is our standard set-up option. We digitally complete and fine tune the set-up before processing with an average bite opening. This set-up can then be applied to fabricating a vinyl or silicone positioner.

If you want to view the set-up before we make the positioner, you can add-on a 3Dx Treatment Simulation on to your set-up.
MATERIAL
The vinyl material has been the industry standard for decades. The material is available in clear in both soft and medium flex durometers.
DESIGN OPTIONS
We also offer a variety of different material types, clasping, and trimming options to meet your patient’s needs.

When filling out your prescription sheet, please be sure to mark the desired design or feel free to draw the design of your desired specifications.
